I cant get a password sent to me for the android appalso, I downloaded to my phone, do I have to purchase another for my Samsung tablet ?

Finally received password.....But app keeps downloading 100 movies ?
I exported to your servers but doesn't download, also the instructions to transfer via usb in a file should be more explained.
1.Open zip file and unzip
2.Where do you put it in the root, especially seeing how it does not offer a question on where the movies should be located
3.Why does the app only give the import option and not location to import from, it assumes your server

Thanks for your feedback!
As for your questions,
1 - You don't need to unzip, you need to take this zip file and copy it to your device.
2 - you need just to copy amm.zip into the root folder of your device
3 - when you start the app, it checks the root folder, if it finds the file there, it offers to import from there, if it doesn't find it there, then it is imported from the server.

Okay...Here is what you need to do....

Do not sign in before you have exported your files either to server or to phone direct.

Install App and then sign in...It says downloading 100 but it is actually downloading all movies from the server if that's where you sent your export file.

Do NOT have a zip file in the root folder if you uploaded to servers as it will duplicate all movies from reading it.

Now I have a full correct movie list (1400) with all the correct filters...VOILA!!!

But I would still like a template with no images applied, it would be nice to have an export feature with just the info and no images

I have never received the email with my password to sync my movies with my phone

Is there a password option for the android app?
Does it play the movie accross the network like PLEX?

Check your Spam/Junk mail folder, the letter could get there. Or you can specfy an alternative e-mail - it's not necessary to give the e-mail which was used when registering.

Movies are not played, unfortunately. And as for the password options, do you mean the password to the database? If so, then not, there is no such an option in the app.

Where would the root folder be on a Samsung Galaxy 2 10.1 tablet. I can't seem to find one. I do have a downloads folder....

I try to upload from my program. It gets to step 4 and uploads and then the error comes up with too many connections today. I haven't been able to get this to work at all. Secondly I asked the question on where to put the file, and I got no response. It seems that there should be better instructions on how to do this for android 4.1 tablet. I keep getting the demo file instead ...

Really now, These bugs should be taken care of by now.
