Not getting movia dat by web in Mexico

Hi,
We have moved to Mexico.
We have “All My Movies” 6.9
We have new movies that we have added into “All My Movies” by the file option.
We search the web using “All My Movies” but find no movie data. We always did before.
We have re-set the preferences to default values and still no luck.
Any ideas n what we need to do to retrieve movie data from the web?

It can be caused by the version of AMM.
