Is there a limit to how many records can be exported in HTML format . I have 988 records in database but the export can only export 966 .

Make sure you have not filtered any titles out... "Show" ALL.

I have over 7000 titles that I export to HTML (without incident) as part of my back-up routine.
The HTML I use is the "Online Movie List" because it can be navigated easily.
