I have this problem when editing data of a book.

Searched in the forum and found a solution but for AllMyMovies
1) Close All My Movies
2) Start registry editor regedit.exe and delete entire registry branch HKCU\Software\filmoteka
3) Start All My Movies and apply your registration detail again
4) Make sure you have not disabled access of All My Movies to www.bolidesoft.com with your firewall software


1. What shall I delete in the registry editor for the AllMyBook problem.

2. No option in my Firewall program (Windows XP) for disabling program to enter. Have a list of "Exceptions" where I can add trusted programs to enter. AllMyBook is not there. Should It be there ?

Hi Rachell!
For AMB you need to delete in the registry HKCU\Software\AllMyBooks

Is it version 3.x?

Looked in the registry HKCU\Software\AllMyBooks

About 60 keys ! are there.
Is it safe to delete all ???

Yes, it's safe. In this directory there are only settings for All My Books, it will not affect other programs.

I am still shaky about deleting...
What setting will be deleted?
Will it change anything in Allmybooks ???

All the settings will get back to the original state, the database will not be affected.

Did as advised. No harm done...
Waited a few days to see if the Warez problem recurred - so far it did not.

However, when entering new books I get no info from Amazon USA and Amazon UK only from Powells.
Could it be problems with Amazon or something is wrong with my program.

I have up-dated to the latest version.

Still - can get results only from Powell and Google books.
If something was wrong with my pc or program - I should get no results at all .
