I'm running Windows 8 which installs IE 10 during installation. I've got V3.3 of All My Books.

When I do a search of Barnes & Noble it always finds the title I have entered in the Original title of the Add Books window but when the book information is populated, the Original title, Title and Author fields are populated with "Your Internet Explored is out of date".

Any fix to this problem?

The problem will be fixed in the nearest build.
This is because All My Books is introduced as Internet Explorer 7.0 when downloading infor from b&n
