Hey,

I have just bought All my books. When i open the program it starts to open but then it is closed and replaced by the purchase page. I am not sure what to do now. It was working last night but when I closed it after adding 80 books this happens.

I also have my activation key but unless the program opens I have no idea where to put it, If that is what is causing the immediate kick to purchase web page.

I have installed on each of my drives.
Done a I/O deep uninstall each time.

I am running Windows 7 x64.

I have messaged via the forum, Facebook and several though the support line. Its almost been 24 hours without even a response. I can not use the program at all not even the trial. I click on the icon and the program opens then closes and take me to the purchase page which I have already been to and purchased the program. This is very frustrating, If i don't get a reply soon i'l be ringing my CC company to cancel the payment.
