Creating a virtual bookshelf

Is there any information on creating a new virtual bookshelf? (View > Virtual bookshelf)

Not to be rude, but I don't really like the ones that are offered and wanted to try and create my own :-)

The bookshelf images are available in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\AllMyBooks\shelves" folder.
Check them and you'll understand how to make your own shelf design. There are just two image files required
