I tried the version 7.9 and the problem persists.

Demasiado tiempo sin solución.
Creo que hay falta de interés y que están esperando a la versión 8, para previo pago solucionar el problema. Confió en que solucionen este problema antes de pedirnos que paguemos por la solución.

I have 500 movies waiting to be classified.
The problem is that is the only website that shows all the data is Spanish (imb is not as good). Could use other.
www.abandomoviez.net.
http://www.dvdgo.com (is for sale, but there are more).
At least we can use some alternative for when it happens.

Ya pasaron casi dos meses del reclamo, es verdad lo que dices, veremos si esa es la estrategia, tendrán que bajar el precio del software a menos de la mitad si quieren que renovemos las licencias. ¿Qué sentido tiene pagar y que al poco tiempo vuelvan los mismos problemas?

Though the build number is the same, downlioading the info for movies from
FilmAffinity has been fixed.

Here is the direct link to the installation file:

You have to uninstall the previous version? or, you can install up?
I've just done the latter and grabs me or not gender and everything I did not pick before.

It happens with all movies. No catch neither gender nor the country, nor the stage and I think no year.

For us it works okay, that's wahy I asked for an example.
Try uninstalling the existing version and install the new one again.
