Hi all, i used to use allmymovies to manage different databases on my old system. It has been a while that i've used it since. Now when i try to open one of those databases (or the sample database for that matter) i get an error EOleException. Is there some way i can get around this? I would really hate to find out that all my databases are lost...I would gladly post a logfile but i can't seem to find a log file in the root dir either...Ms access isn't installed on this system (i've read in related posts that that could be an issue?) and the system itself is win7 64x. Thanks for any tips/advice/help !!

Hi, trex_78!
If you can't even open the sample database, the problem must be caused by the corrupted Microsoft data access components. This could have happened after using programs for systen optimization and registry cleaners.
Unfortunately, there is not a simple way to fix this problem.

Only one cardinal thing that helps 100% is to reinstall Windows.
