Backup

First of all I Love This Program. It is perfect for what I needed. I only have one issue. I am using this for movies and videos accessed by 3 other computers in my home. The issue comes to play when more than 1 computer accesses at the same time. To resorve this I thought I would set up multiple backups and each computer acceses it's one back up file. Problem is that for some reason the program does NOT back up3, it will only back up 1 although I did set it for 3. Any suggestions ?
