Update all existing TV Shows and Movies to new sources?

I have upgraded to V9.x and working my annual chore of adding the TV Shows and Movies I have acquired in 2021. I know, I should do it as I acquire them, but that just doesn't happen 
Of course, anything new I am adding links to TheMovieDB or TheTVDB which is working well.
However, I have a sizable library of TV shows and Movies that still point to IMDB for their URL all data has been collected from IMDB in the past.
Is there any way to bulk update all my TV Shows and Movies to the new sources? Tools:Batch Update will only update media that already have TheMovieDB links.
I don't really want to have to click through over 3000 titles and manually update each one!
