When I scan other than small batch of files, the software never deletes the files I selected.
When I start over a comparison the previously selected pictures are still there.
I tried re-creating the galleries before comparing again, same results. It does not delete anything.
I also tried giving the software admin privileges, same result.
I tried "moving files to a folder", does nothing, selected folder remains empty.
I also reinstalled the software, didn't help.
Please help and fix this issue.
I have already sent an email to the support weeks ago, no anwsers.
I paid this product but it's useless in that state. I can compare small batch manually without any software. The large batches on the other hand...
