Web Stream Recorder 2012

Where's a topic for Web Stream Recorder? I purchased it and it doesn't work with Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer. In fact it causes Internet explorer to crash.
I can't get it to record automatically or manually. It doesn't do anything except cause Internet Explorer to crash.
I usually download a trial version of any software before buying it but I took a chance on Web Stream Recorder 2012.
I'm running Windows 7 64 bit. Any suggestions?
