hi,

I am evaluating this s/w for a school. I am unable to find anyway of storing multiple copies of the same book without actually creating a new book each time? The website claims it s possible - but I have not found any documentation either. Could you help me figure out how to go about that, please? The purchase will be a no-go without this option as the school has several books with multiple copies. Thanks much.

Unfortunately, it is impossible.

You could just add an additional letter or even a number at the end of the title.

For instance you have 4 copies of A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens.

Fill in the title as

A Tale of Two Cities (1)
A Tale of Two Cities (2)
A Tale of Two Cities (3)
A Tale of Two Cities (4)

and mention in the Comments section that there are 4 copies of this book in the library.
