How long does free technical support take to reply?

This is real bad customer service. You had a good product when it was working. Id like to go back to using it.

I have messaged via the forum, Facebook and several though the support line. Its almost been 24 hours without even a response. I can not use the program at all not even the trial. I click on the icon and the program opens then closes and take me to the purchase page which I have already been to and purchased the program. This is very frustrating, If i don't get a reply soon i'l be ringing my CC company to cancel the payment.
