Trouble importing from CSV file

Example:
I have 10 rows in my file 2 columns each, Titles and Authors. When I import the .csv file it sees there are 10 lines, when finished it creates 10 "books". However only the first 2 are ever created with the fields, the rest are blank.
Dose't matter what the titles are, I've tried sapping them around. It only reads the first 2 rows of data. Am I missing something?
