Hello AMB,

I love "All My Books" software, and this is one of the most dependable software I am using in my Windows 10 PC right now. But since the last few 5.x updates, I am hard time with getting the details of books from the Amazon.com site. I always have to select the Goodreads site from the Preferences page, which doesn't have much contents about the book I am adding and also didn't have the cover page at all.

Please bring back grabbing the book details from Amazon.com. Currently I am getting the following error while getting it from amazon.com:

There is information about the issue you are experiencing. https://www.bolidesoft.com/allmybooks/whatsnew.html

(Companies are constantly changing and adapting new marketing strategies (Imdb, Amazon, etc.), and this often requires updating programs that rely on their information.)

Oh shucks!!!! That makes AMB pretty useless for me, since Goodreads and the other sources mentioned in the Preferences settings are useless too (for me atleast)- The Synopsis is most of the time empty, no cover page, no additional details like Price and edition etc. are pulled when I use Goodreads or any other source.

I am wondering how other software vendors are getting the information. I have tested a few like Alfa eBooks Manager, Booknizer and some online book catalogers like Libib and LibraryThing. All of them pulls in all the information like the cover pages, prices, synopsis etc from Amazon quite well.

Please try to get the information from Amazon (.com. .in etc). I have quite a few number of books and it's really a pain in the *** if I have to shift to a new program for cataloging the books. :(
