"Can't format message 13:98"

I recently got this error while attempting to compare two audio groups. While AudioComparer was comparing them the error came up. I captured all of the content and posted it below.

The error did not crash the program though. Once I screencapped everything and closed the errors, AudioComparer continued to compare the two audio groups where it had left off (or it may have been comparing the whole time). The same error popped up a few additional times after that. (It's still running as I'm posting this).

My only possible solution is that in one of the groups, some music files were deleted. Not from AudioComparer, but simply from the folders they were in. So perhaps AudioComparer bugged out because it was looking for those files, but didn't see them anymore?

That's my only idea.

Has anyone ever responded to this? I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Audio Comparer Technical Support about this, but no one responds.

Thanks,
Ron

Hi, guys!

I'm awfully sorry, i somehow missed it...
Perhaps the following will help - activating the option Disable multicore CPU support in Preferences and start comparing again, beginning with creating an audio group.

Disabling Multi Core Didn't Help

Dear Gemini,

I disabled the Multi Core Option and created a new audio group with 180,000 tracks.

It took a few days to process (much slower after disabling multicore) and when it finished it came up with the same Error.

Thanks for your help.

Have you tried to form smaller groups, compare inside the groups and after that compare between the groups? The number of tracks is very large...
